Two orders placed recently Feb 7th & 8th

I placed two separate orders for 4 concealers & 2 foundations. I am running low on my products & have not received them yet. Please look into this matter asap. I also sent an email regarding the foundation order I placed & realized a few minutes later, you were offering a special of B1G1. Unfortunately no response was given to that. I have been a faithful customer, however might be looking at other products, due to the poor response by staffing & my orders taking so long to get here. I believe in great customer service or you do have a chance of losing a great customer. Thank you
